Subsidiary CSL coverage

You are a private pilot, occasionally hiring or chartering aircraft for non-commercial purposes? And you are unsure whether they have a sufficient aviation insurance coverage?

Then fly it safely: Take out a personal liability insurance to cover you against 3rd parties claiming liability from you. This subsidiary CSL insurance pays when the liability insurance of the aircraft you are using is not paying, exhausted - or even non-existent. A combined insurance sum per damage incident covers your statutory liability as the owner and/or air carrier.

Good to know: Subsidiary CSL insurance will not cover you when you are using your own aircraft.
