New cooperation with leading Thai insurer Thaivivat

Since the end of November 2012, the leading Thai insurer, "Thaivivat Insurance
PCL", offers tailormade Transportinsurance policies in a close cooperation with Delvag. In a
new Thaivivat office at the Bangkok airport (BKK), airline employees can also secure private
insurance policies at special rates.

A.M. Best upgrades the ratings for Delvag and
Delvag Rück to "A"

A.M. Best Europe has upgraded the issuer credit and financial strength ratings to "A" stable outlook from "A-" stable outlook of Delvag Luftfahrtversicherungs-AG and Delvag Rückversicherungs-AG with effect from 28. June 2012.
The rating upgrades reflect the companies` increasingly strong risk-adjusted capitalisation and consistently excellent operating performance.
The board of management is very satisfied with this upgrade as it manifests the successful performance of Delvag and Delvag Re, despite a very challenging insurance market in 2011. The board believes both companies to be well prepared for the future years.
