Experts

Leave the damaged aircraft at the accident site until it has been inspected by our surveyor (not to be confused with the expert of an aviation authority) - unless it obstructs air traffic or the weather conditions make moving necessary. Have the aircraft's papers and the pilot's written accident report ready for the surveyor.

Important

Loss report

Select the appropriate document for the claim notification

Please always submit the aviation hull/liability and accident claim with the report of the pilot in command (PIC).

What happens after the report?

Our claims expert will contact you as soon as possible.

Please do not change the position of the damaged aircraft at the accident site until it has been inspected by our surveyor (not to be confused with the expert/surveyor of an aviation authority), unless evacuation is absolutely necessary, e.g. if air traffic is obstructed, due to weather-related circumstances.

The aircraft's complete paperwork and the pilot's written accident report will facilitate claims processing.

During the claim assessment process we will stay in contact with you.
