Important information for your report:

• Date, local time and exact location of the damage
   
• Your address and contact details (telephone, e-mail, fax if applicable)

Documentation

• Photos/videos of the accident site and surroundings as well as the damage or of the damaged parts

Experts

Leave the damaged aircraft at the accident site until it has been inspected by our surveyor (not to be confused with the expert of an aviation authority) - unless it obstructs air traffic or the weather conditions make moving necessary. Have the aircraft's papers and the pilot's written accident report ready for the surveyor.

Question of liability

Do not make any admission of liability and do not pay any bills.
For further information on what to do in the event of a claim, please refer to your insurance contract and the insurance conditions.

Repairs

Repairs may only be started or contracted out after prior consultation with Delvag.

Select the appropriate document for the claim notification

Please always submit the aviation hull/liability and accident claim with the report of the pilot in command (PIC).
