To mark International Women's Day, we organised a cereal breakfast for female colleagues from the Delvag Group at our head office in Cologne.

Our female colleagues had the opportunity to exchange ideas and network over coffee, fruit and a colorful mix of cereals. Representatives from our internal women's network ADA were also on hand to answer any questions about the initiative.

The ADA is open to all female employees of the Delvag Group. It is intended to promote exchange and provide space for topics that concern our female colleagues. To this end, we organise regular on-site and online network meetings with discussion rounds, workshops and presentations.

The ADA offers a special framework for cross-divisional discussions on various topics relating to everyday working life, family life and career planning, for learning from each other and discovering new perspectives.
