Success through diversity
Diversity is one of our most important strengths

We employ people from different cultures, of different ages, with different world views, religious affiliations and orientations, and we have an almost balanced gender distribution. This diversity also means an enormous range of skills, perspectives and experiences.
We are proud of this and it makes us strong.

The diversity of our colleagues underlines the appreciation and equal opportunities that we stand for as a company. We live and promote this diversity with numerous initiatives and networks:

Work-Life-Balance

We support an ideal work-life balance with various offers for our employees.

Promoting women

We promote the potential of our female employees - for example through access to various women's networks.

The Diversity Charter

The Lufthansa Group is a signatory to the Diversity Charter. As a subsidiary, we share these values.

An ideal work-life balance is very important to us

That is why we offer our employees numerous opportunities, such as the possibility of shared leadership, a parent-child office at our head office and the pme family service for questions about caring for relatives and choosing the right childcare. There is also access to the Lufthansa Group's fathers' network for exchanging ideas with each other or the opportunity to take time out in special life situations.

We support our female employees

In our internal women's network ADA and through our membership of the Cologne alliance "MIT FRAUEN IN FÜHRUNG", we support careers, networking and exchange.

The Lufthansa Group is a signatory to the "Diversity Charter"

The goal of this employer initiative is to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the working world in Germany. Organizations should create a working environment that is free of prejudice. All employees should be valued - regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and ideology, sexual orientation and social background.

As a subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group, we share these values.
