Did your luggage get damaged or lost on a business flight? 
Report the incident quickly and easily using our online form.

The following documents are required to complete the report:  

• Flight schedule for the flight in question
• Your bank details

In the event of damage, we also require:  

• Photos of the damaged suitcase
• Proof of purchase for the damaged luggage

In the event of temporary loss, we also require:  

• Proof of purchase for the contents of the lost luggage or replacement purchases  
   

Please note that the maximum file size for all uploads/attachments combined is 26 MB.
If you have problems uploading files larger than 26 MB, you can send us additional documents later by
emailing baggage-claims(at)delvag.de and stating your name and the date of the damage.
