25 Years of Delvag Rück
On 18.06.1985, Delvag Rückversicherungs-AG was founded in Cologne, Germany. The intention was to give its (Delvag Luftfahrtversicherungs-AG) parent company's constantly growing reinsurance business an independent structure and expand the operational scope of the Delvag Group.Today, the executive committee can look back contently on Delvag Rück's accomplishments. The business model has been consistently successful through the years and Delvag Rück enjoys a high level of recognition by its business partners.
The executive committee is optimistic about the future of the captive reinsurer, "A solid financial base and a strong reserve combined with our excellent rating and professionalism are the cornerstones to continue to successfully perform this important function in Lufthansa's insurance group."
