Average Agent

In case the extent of damage cannot be properly ascertained or the claim for damage or partial loss will probably exceed 1,500.– € or equivalent in other currency, either the average agent appoin-ted by Delvag, or, if not available, the nearest Lloyd’s agent must be called for an inspection of the damage. The cost for such inspection will be reimbursed by Delvag.
